hello, i got the placement kit, but there is a problem with the cupcake download, after downloading it keeps saying the file corrupt/not encripted so you cannot read the file. please check – thank you! !

Noticed any changes in one program, is looking for viedo I saw, but now I can not Find an access, it was overlok machine, together with artist Ms. sewing, it was shown how to sew A small purse,, embroidery machine overlok, and do not do I find the, I would like to see I do not know where to look, before it was easy to find what happened?, very I would ask for your hand to me where do I find the this program., for help,

Use the placement stickers that are included in the Children’s Perfect Placement Kit when embroidering with your Ellegante 2. Make sure that shirt is aligned straight in the hoop. Then, use the needle positioning key to move the needle to the center position of the target sticker. Since you have the Perfect Placement Kit, please check the instructions included with the templates. You’ll find more details there.

I love your shows. I look at them all the time and I’ve learned a lot from them. I downloaded the cupcake design, but haven’t sewn it yet. My computer downloaded the design to my document file. I have a baby lock elegante and love it. I’ve had 3 embroidery machines by Baby Lock, serger 8 thread and others. Baby Lock is the best. I plan to sew the cupcake design soon. -

Your file is likely zipped. You will have to unzip it using a special program in order to get to the files for specific machine types. Win Zip in one with a free trial.

Great video but if you have the Ellegante 2 instead of the Elissimo, you don’t have that centering device. What’s the best way to center it in the hoop? I have your Placement Kit but haven’t used it enough!
Also, I’ve looked everywhere! I can’t find the free cupcake download. I would love to have it.

Thank you so much for the video. I learned so much from it. I have been embroidering onesies for a bit but have always hooped the garnet. I have the Elegante 2 which does not have the placement sticker. Will the placement kit work with my machine? I am not able to download the design either.
